After you have made your wood choice, please indicate the design number you would like in the design drop down box. Once you selected your design complete the personalization boxes for A-C if applicable to that design. Note: some designs may not have B or C. You may leave the ones that do not apply blank. All available designs are shown in the picture section.
***Important*** Within 48 hours of your order you will receive an emailed PDF proof for review. Please ensure your email address for your order is accurate. You will have 48 hours to respond if any changes are needed. If you do not respond within 48 hours your order will be engraved and shipped as shown on the proof email. Please note your order will not be engraved until we receive your email confirmation, or the 48 hours has passed.
Our standard processing time is 5-7 days after receipt of your proof confirmation, or 48 hours after the proof was sent. (Whichever is first) To expedite your order please approve your proof as soon as possible. Your proof will be sent via email to the email address from your order. Your order will ship based on the shipping method you choose at checkout once your order is completed.
We are not responsible for any carrier related shipping delays.
Please remember wood is a natural material and will contain color and grain variations. Because of these variations caused by nature we cannot guarantee that any two pieces will look exactly alike. Photos and finished product may have a different appearance after being oiled and conditioned.
All cutting and charcuterie boards are shipped with food grade mineral oil and conditioner applied. Please note the conditioner contains Bees Wax and can be left off upon request.
