Refund policy

Due to the fact that some of our products are personalized and others are made to order we cannot accept returns or cancellations. However we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with there order. If you are unsatisfied please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can discuss further options for replacement. We will address any errors made on our part as long as we have been notified within 5 days of your order being received. 

Before placing your order for a customized item please verify spelling, we are not responsible for customer spelling errors. Provide a valid email address in case we have any questions about your order.

Please note if we have made arrangements to replace your item you will need to send us back the original item and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the error was on our part. Please do not return anything without first contacting us as no refund will be processed. We may request photos of the item as proof to begin the replacement. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Ranchos Custom Design has the sole discretion to issue refunds or exchanges.
